  1. Visa Application Form filled out & signed.
  2. (2) Recent photo (4×6) with white back ground not more than 6 months old.
  3. Valid passport for 3 months after the expiry of the visa.
  4. Flight ticket (confirmed) + Hotel reservation preferred to be submitted with prepaid confirmation voucher from the hotel.
  5. Travel insurance.
  6. Up-to-date original bank statement with transactions for the last 6 months (each page must be stamped & a bank statement all the statement in English).
  7. Proof of the professional status:
    • Employees: HR Letter including Current Position, Salary level, Social insurance number if he doesn’t have social insurance, he/she should mention it in the letter and The date of the recruitment.
    • Owners: Valid Commercial registry and up-to-date tax card.
    • Students: Enrolment from the school or the university.
